MEETING <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE'. . 6-23-80 <br />The City has received a petition from property owners along Oxford Street from Woodhill <br />Drive to County Road C-2. requesting the construction of curb and gutter and asphalt <br />paving. This project was signed by twenty-one of the forty property owners, or approxi- <br />miately 52.5% of the affected owners. <br />Recommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution declaring the adequacy <br />of a Petition for the construction of paving and <br />curb and gutter on Oxford Street from Woodhill Drive <br />to County Road C-2. identified as Improvement P-80-16 <br />and ordering the Engineering department to prepare a <br />feasibility study for this project.
