HEAD APPROVAL, <br />6 v t-1 <br />Early this year a petition was received from the Rehbein Excavating Company to have <br />r *bility study done for all three of the Fulham Storm Water pond and pumping <br />Teas I <br />facilities. This was done so that the petitioners would be in a position to then <br />tevelop the adjacent lands for their use. They agreed, at the time, to pay for the <br />cost of a feasibility study for this improvement if it were ordered. <br />Recommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution to abandon <br />Fulham Pond alteration project ST-80-3 <br />and to bill the petitioner for expenses <br />associated with the project. <br />
