REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS' <br />Area north of County Road C at St. Anthony <br />border <br />V,,-�73 <br />The M and M Development Company is currently building on the most westerly parcel in <br />Roseville, This development is being done on land that is downhill to almost all of <br />the undeveloped property on the Roseville side of the boundary. From there the water <br />would have to overflow the low land and then drain along St. Anthony Lane down to <br />County Road C, The reconstruction of County Road C provides for collecting the water <br />at that point and carrying it southwesterly'. <br />.7%ecommended Council Action*. Motion authorizing the staff to work with <br />the City of St. Anthony to develop a Joint <br />Powers Agreement and to solicit an engineering <br />proposal for a feasibility study to cover the <br />development of land north of County Road C. <br />near the St. Anthony border.. <br />
