This provides for compensation at <br />2.30 times payroll cost, mileage and out of pocket expenses ( copy <br />a,s attached) <br />we will limit our costs, computed on the foregoing basis,, -for the <br />of orede scr ibe d service to $5,000,00. <br />It is to be understood that if authorized services with and for <br />the Joint committee are not complete upon reaching the cost above, <br />we wail l advise you as to our, estimate for work to complete our <br />services and will proceed no further without authorization. <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />Bath Roseville and ' Shorevi.ew agree to make available to us and <br />furnish us with all the existing and pertinent information in the <br />way of maps, records, plans, photos, contours, profiles, studies, <br />etc. which are available in respect to all phases of the work to <br />be undertaken. Both Roseville and Shoreview agree to assist us <br />in obtaining the cooperation and available publications and data <br />from agencies and other units of government to facilitate our <br />efforts in sery ing the joint committee., <br />During the course of this undertaking we will attend any and all <br />conferences deemed desirable and proper regarding this matter with <br />officials of both cities and with state, county and metropolitan <br />officials when authorized. <br />It is to be specifically understood that the engineering services <br />provided in this proposal do not .include the cost of laboratory <br />analysis, the cast of field or boundary surveys or underground <br />exploration of sub-surface ace conditions * These items will be <br />furnished on request and at 'our actual cost therefor. costs for <br />hydrologists and /or limnologists would be at our actual cost <br />thereof. <br />If appropriate, we may find it desirable to employ the services <br />of Mr. Gera-1 d M, Sunde, ground water hydrologist, in connection <br />with this work, as well as those of a qualified prof esslonal <br />fresh water 1 imnologist . This will be done only upon specific <br />authorization thereof , <br />
