HEAD APPROVAL. <br />\J 44 <br />MG13.40VIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />The Ci iY recently recei ved bids. for the 1980 contract "A", which contains <br />three (3) City projects. They are P-19-19, Oakcrest from Western to Cohansey; <br />SS-W-79-20, atility extensions on Wagner from Western deadend to Wagner deadend; <br />SS-W-79-22, Farrington from Roma to Dionne. <br />There were seven (7) bids received ranging from $60,600.00 to over $83,000,,00, <br />The low bidder was from Bituminous Consulting and Construction at $60,632,80, <br />This is almost $1,500 under the engineer's estimate. The engineering department <br />has reviewed the references of the low bidder and has found them acceptable., <br />Aecommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution declaring <br />Bituminous Consulting and Construction <br />to be the low bidder for City Improvements <br />P*-79-19, SS-W-79-20 and SS,-W-79-22 in <br />the amount of $60,632.80'and accepting <br />their bid. <br />
