This <br />property is being developed by the applicant into f our duplex lots with <br />90 feet of frontage each On Transit Avenue. <br />2. One of the duplexes has been constructed. The applicant propqses to divide <br />the lots so as to provide a single parcel for each housing unit. The <br />existing duplex units and those in the future will have separate utilities <br />as required by City Code. The applicant proposes then to divide each of <br />the four lots into two separate lots to accommodate one unit per lot. <br />3. Attached are copies of the survey showin:'g the lot division, and Its <br />relationship to the existing and proposed duplex units. <br />
