EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of September, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog, and the following were absent: Matson. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8500 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF BOECKERMANN, HEINEN , MAYER FOR THE 1989 AUDIT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the proposal of Boeckermann, Heinen & Mayer be accepted for the second year of a two year proposal to complete the 1989 audit of the City's financial records in accordance with general accepted auditing standards, the Federal Audit Guidelines, and the requirements of the State of Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
