REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS'. <br />The Minor Variance Board at its October 9. meeting recommended approval of Mark <br />a <br />Metz's request for minor variance to front and side yard setback at 2896 Matilda, <br />Mr. Metz proposes to construct an addition onto his home which will extend to <br />within 24 feet of the front yard property line along Matilda. The existing home <br />is located to within 25 feet of the front yard property line. The required set- <br />back is 30 feet. The new addition will also extend to within 7 feet of the north <br />side yard property line. The required setback is 10 feet. <br />Attached is a site plan of the property and a map showi 4 ng the consenting property <br />owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) Mark Metz's <br />4 a <br />request for minor variance to front and <br />s ide yard setback at 2896 Matilda. <br />I <br />
