<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Franke and Kehr.
<br />A- I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 8, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that applications will be
<br />accepted until December 1, 1980, on the pending vacancy
<br />on the Police Civil Service Commission. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Norman Maguire's
<br />request for minor variance to side yard setback at 2346

<br />YMCA's Camp DuNord and Widjiwagan to hold a second garage
<br />sale for 1980 on October 2, 3, 4 and 5 at 1170 West County

<br />adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning
<br />January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981 be adopted,

<br />certifying the tax levy to the County Auditor for collectio

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No, 7033 RESOLUTION
<br />instructing the County Auditor to reduce the established NO, 7033
<br />tax levy for Golf Course Bonds,, Water Improvement Bonds,
<br />General Improvement Bonds and Sanitary Sewer Bonds be adopted.
