HEA APPROVAL. <br />P. <br />On September 22, 1980, the Council authorized receipt of bids on Project SS.W.P.77.3C <br />for construction of paving and utilities on Belair Circle and on Fernwood Street near <br />Josephine Road. <br />Bids for this project were opened on Thursday, October 23, and the results are as <br />fol 1 ows: <br />I Paj i Ed <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. $769428,75 <br />Julian M. 'The consultants, Short- E 11 i ott-Hendri ckson have reviewed the references <br />znd qualifications of the low bidder and have found them to be acceptable. <br />It <br />■ intended that the utility portion of ® a s project be completed in the fall, <br />1980. <br />Recommended Council Action,: Adoptiorf-of a resolution declaring Forest Lake <br />Contracting Company, Inc. to be the low bidder <br />for City Improvement SS-W-P-77-3C and accepting <br />their bid'. <br />
