<br />SPECIAL MEETING
<br />for Wednesday, November 5. 1980,, at 5:30 P,M,in the City
<br />Hall for the purpose of canvassing the election relating to
<br />the question of whether the City shall be allowed to issue
<br />on-sale licenses Tor the sale of intoxicating liquor at
<br />retaii in excess of the number now permitted by law. Roll
<br />Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos, Nays. None,

<br />Inc, for the purpose of conducting a promotional assessment
<br />process of candidates for Supervisory Police Agents at a
<br />total cost not to exceed $6,000, Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
