REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS', <br />Petition for Street Paving on Clarmar between:: <br />Hamline Avenue and Snelling Avenue,, Pro*ect P-80-34 <br />The City has received a peon from the residents on Clarmar Avenue between <br />Hamline Avenue and Snelling Avenue. In accordance wi-th the side street policy, <br />the block of Pascal Street from Clarmar Avenue to Brenner Avenue should be <br />incorporated with this project. The petition was signed by 68% of the property <br />involved, and requested bituminous paving and concrete curb and gutter. <br />The street is in the area already being considered for storm drains as part of <br />Project ST-80-22. A hearing has been scheduled for that project on November 20, <br />1980. If the storm sewer is approved, then this proposed improvement can proceed. <br />If the storm sewer is not approved, Vhowever,, this improvement would not be feasible <br />because of the lack of adequate dra'inage facilities. <br />7Aecommended Council Action: Adoption.of a resolution declaring th(-; <br />
