<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, ,Johnson- and Demos.
<br />Absent: None.
<br />A- I Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting MINUTES
<br />of July 12, 1982, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr
<br />and Demos. Nays.- None. Abstain: Curley and Johnson'. because-P

<br />B-1 Kehr Moved., Franke Seconded,, that David Ficek's reque's"t for
<br />special use permit at 2430 County Road D be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />That the final drainage plan be approved by the Cit
<br />Public Works Director, I
<br />2) That the required sidewalk on County Road D be constructei
<br />if it is determ�ned that Ramsey County will -not construct
<br />a path in that location by September 1, 19840
<br />3) That the development be constructed in accordance with
<br />plans dated June 2. 1982,

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7382, approving
<br />David Ficek's request for final plat at 2430 County Road D
<br />with the condition that the applicant provide verification
<br />of private cross easements, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demosl, Nays: NO-ne,
<br />1-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Eddie Morl-oka's request fof
<br />minor -variance to side yard setback at 1356 Sextant be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson.,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None*
