HEAD APPROVAL. <br />MGR,.JREV1EWED/ RECOMMENDS'. <br />Each year, the Council holds special assessment hearings to provide an opportunity <br />for the property owners on improvement projects to review iew the assessments for their <br />individual parcels and to express them` Due to the extremely large number <br />of projects this year, the hearings were - established on two different evenings. <br />Please note that the hearings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. <br />Accompanying 'is a suggested agenda and procedure to follow for each of the hearings, <br />The actual decisions on any assessment will be made at the August 23,, 1982 regular <br />Council meeting, <br />
