REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS <br />k9 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROJECTS <br />Cor 1982 <br />On August 16 and August 18, the counciLl held hearings to cover <br />29 different prolects, Some of these proDects were combined <br />for equity and assessments and for ease of operation. <br />1) If the roll is acceptable as prepared, a resolution <br />would be passed adopting the assessment roll, <br />2) If an amendment or amendments are des1red in the roll, <br />two (2) resolutions need to be passed, <br />f <br />resolution amending the assessment roll and <br />(b) A resolution adopting the assessment roll as <br />amended, <br />3) If the council wishes to change the assessment and <br />increase anyones assessment over that established in the original <br />roll, then a new hearing must be held., A resolution' would, there- <br />fore, be necessary to establish a new date for conducting a re- <br />hearing of this project., <br />PROJECT NO.
