The <br />undersigned are petit4oning the Roseville City Council to disapprove, at its meeting <br />on September 13, 1982, the School Board's request for a special, use permit or, in the <br />alternative, to delay consideration of the request until the School Board will respond <br />to inquiries by citizens regarding the purpose of the parking lot, its total cost, <br />how it is to be financed, the authority of the Board to allocate funds for this purposes <br />and the policy implications of this project. <br />NAME ADDRESS <br />
