September 10, 1982 <br />It appears that the School Board of District 623 is poised to provide a subsidy (b <br />constructing a parking lot) to the Ieasees of the Fairview Community Center. The <br />undersigned are petitioning the Roseville City Council to disapprove, at its meeting <br />on September 13, 1982, the School ]hoard's request for a special use permit or, in the <br />alternative, to delay consideration of the request until the School Board will respond <br />to inquiries by citizens regarding the purpose of the parking lot, its total cost, <br />how it is to be financed, the authority of the Board to allocate funds for this purpose <br />and the polio implications of this project. - <br />x <br />y <br />gill NO <br />
