<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Council join with the PROCLMIATION
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of September 17-231, 198,2 as
<br />"Constitution Week" in the City of Roseville. Roll Call.,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None,
<br />B-1 Kehr Moved., Johnson Seconded, that Pontillo's Pizzeria applica- PONTILLOIS
<br />tion for on-sale wine license at 1905 West Perimeter Drive be
<br />approved with the condition-the applicant supply evidence of
<br />liquor liability insurance as required by ordinance. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None,
<br />B-2 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded., that the Pet Connection, Inc.'s PET CONNECTION
<br />request for special use permit at 1740 Lexington Av . enue be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />1) The property owner would provide a 16,5r utility easement
<br />from Dionne to Roma, which could be used for all utility
<br />needs, but could also continue to be used as parking arev
<br />for the center,
<br />2) That no further dedications or easements would be requirei
<br />on the east side of Lexington Avenue between Dionne and
<br />Roma for future special use Permits.
