Work <br />w ould include: <br />F) Rag the house on its existing location by approximtely 24". This will <br />provide the proper elevation to connect to the City sewer line from the first <br />floor... resulting in the elimination of the private lift station, <br />C) Construct a full basementf <br />3) Small additions will be added to the kitchen in the southeast corner and tia. <br />the bedroom in the southwest corner of the home. i <br />4) The exterior of the home will be covered with new verticle cedar siding, <br />Mr. Dahlgren has reviewed the proposed improvements, and finds them to be in <br />compliance with the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance. It is recommended that the <br />basement floor elevation be a Pd'nimum of 889.8 feet. This will keep the basemen <br />floor above the water level of Lake Owasso. I <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying J. M. Duddleston's -request <br />-for building permit at 423 South Owasso Boulevard <br />as provided by the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance (if <br />approved, with the condition that the basement Eloo <br />elevation shall be a minimum- of 889.8 feet).
