AMENDMENT TO RESTATED BYLAWS <br />OF <br />ROSEVILLE FIREFIGHTERS' RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br />The Restated Bylaws of the Roseville Firefightersw Relief <br />Association ate hereby amended by insertion of the following: <br />SECTION .44A. LESS THAN 20 YEARS SERVICE. Notwithstanding <br />anything to the contrary contained in these Bylaws,, a member who <br />separates from active service and who has been a member of this <br />Association for • at least ten (10) years, but less than- twenty (20) <br />years, and who has completed not less than ten (10) years of active <br />service as an active member, shall upon attaining the age of fifty <br />(50) years be entitled to receive a lump sum service pension gin <br />such amount as is earned to the date, of separation from active ser- <br />v ice for each full year of service completed as follows: <br />COMPLETED YEARS PRO RATA SERVICE <br />'OF SERVICE <br />PENSION AMOUNT <br />10 <br />60% <br />11 64% <br />12 68% <br />13 72% <br />14 76% <br />80% <br />16 84% <br />17 88% <br />18 92% <br />19 96% <br />20 and thereafter 100% <br />Qualification for receipt of benefits shall be conclusively <br />determined only upon completion of the following by the separatingo <br />mm�= <br />Execution of a Sever-ahce Statement and Acknowledge- <br />I <br />
