<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, Fehr, Franke, and Demos. Absent:
<br />Johnson.
<br />A-1 Keh Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the October MINUTES
<br />25, 1982 Reqular Meetinq be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos, Nays: None. Abstain: Franke,
<br />because she was absent,
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join with the PROCLAMATION
<br />Mayor in proclaiming November 17, 1982 as "Community
<br />Education Day" in the City of Roseville, Roll Call., Ayes-.
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />IE-1 Curley Moved, Kehl` Seconded, that Roseville Properties' request ROSEVILLE
<br />for variance to building setback at 1955 County Road B-2 be PROPERTIES
<br />approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, ehr, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None,
<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville Properties request ROSEVILLE
<br />for variance to building setback at 1995 County Road B-2 be PROPERTIES
<br />approved.- Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,, Franke,, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />E-3 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Eugene Krause's request for KRAUSE
<br />division of lot at 1125 Sandhurst Drive he approved with the
<br />condition that the lot be divided as indicated on the survey
<br />dated September 21, 1982. Roll Call., Ayes: Curley, ehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None,
<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Olive Bailey's request for BAILEY
<br />division of lot at 2169 Fulham be approved with the condition
<br />that 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated on County
<br />Road B. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehrr Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Dean Westerlund's request WESTERLUND
<br />for variance to building, parking lot, and sign setback at
<br />2201 Lexington be approved with the condition that the
<br />development, including landscaping, be constructed as shown
<br />on Plans dated July 9, 1982, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None,
<br />F�6 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Patricia Lindahl's request LINDAHL
<br />for special use permit at 323 Grandview be referred to the
<br />December 1, 1982 Planning Commission Meetinq, and that a
<br />Council public hearing be established for the meeting of
<br />December 13, 1982, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, ehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
