Edward McCarty lives at 1894 West County Road C-2 and has done so for a period of approximately 26 years, die has applied for permission under the Shoreline Zoning ordinance to construct an artificial shoreline contiguous to a portion of the shoreline of Langton Lake on-the westerly side of his property. The proposed construction, if completed, will result in approximately a twelve inch high wooden post wall creating a straight shoreline (perpendicular to County Road C-2). and extending the shoreline westerly into the lake a distance varying from 2 +6 inches to nine feet, Attached is a copy of a statement submitted by Mr. McCarty and copies of three drawings submitted by horn illustrating his proposal. Also attached is a copy of an air photo indicating the proposed shoreline extension and the property lines delineating his parcel. 2. The construction proposed has begun, and is now partially completed.
