EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-third day of October, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog and the following were absent: Johnson. Councilperson Matson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8509 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-86-44 WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville on Sextant Avenue from Dale Street to 600 feet east by the construction of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermains, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the council on October 23, 1989, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.035. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the city Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
