CAFES AND THINGS THAT Go HUMP IN THE NIGHT <br />Many drive-in 'restaurants and schools have installed "speed <br />bumps" in their parking lots to "curtail speeds". It doesn't <br />take long before these installations generate requests for <br />similar humps on streets.
