EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of November, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: Matson. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8511 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Amateur Sports commission/state of Minnesota for the Ice Ringette Program Award to be conducted during the Ice Ringette Season, November 11, 1989 through April 30, 1990. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the Ice Ringette Program Award on behalf of the city of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
