I <br />HURACT OF �-IINIMS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVI.LLE, MINNESOTA - BELD JUNE 1.01V 1974 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ydnnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City P211 at 7:30 P.M... Monday, <br />June 24, 1974* <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demost Hess and Brennan <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member.Demos introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />9wil <br />In making all appoIntments, council members shall keep in mind the <br />1,ueed for i%Tomen to serve in Roseville Gove=ent and make a serious <br />attempt to increase their representation on its Boards, Commissions <br />and Comndttees. In all such appointments, the most qualified person <br />shall be. appointed, <br />Members of all Boards connissions and Comm*ttees shall serve a nax- <br />9 IMUM <br />Of tlivo full consecutive four-year terms or three full consecutive three <br />year tems <br />No member of any body shall serve on another body excepting in an <br />ex-officio capacity. <br />The motion for the adopt-ion of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof,,- All present <br />9-nd the following voted against'same: <br />*MIZEMN., said resolution uTas declared duly passed and adopted, <br />
