In <br />the event an musual project such as the construction of an oversized ty <br />occurs then existing utiliZed property would be assessed only the cost of <br />a typical 811 sanitary sewer, <br />Rec nanded Council Action: Adopticn of a resolution anending the Storm Sewer, <br />SanitarY S6wer and Water W[n Assessrmnt Rates so <br />that the basis i'n the future for assessments would <br />be on a percentage of the actual cost of the <br />6 <br />irprovenent. <br />
