The certified individual need not be on <br />the business _-presses at all. times that the business is open <br />to the public, however, such certified individual n ust be <br />cloyed on a full-tire basis. <br />r the past year we have been discussing this new ordinance with restaurant <br />operators. I st operators are cmplying with these new standards, wept for <br />the manager' s certif ication program. A f ew managers arm ceftified in other <br />states and would qualify under this de f I.n3 Lion <br />I anticipate no major problem with the enforcement of this anended ordinance <br />and hope that we can continue to maintain a high standard in the s-taurants <br />of Roseville <br />
