At that time, the council approved the special permit for the fencing with tha condition that the fencing Oall meet the r e qu i remen t s of Sec. 13-080 of the city code This section relates to the fact that the fence must have openings equal to at least 5 of -its area to allow for~ the mo v ener t of air. It was concluded that any portion of the fence within .the required I -e g a l setbacks for structures, that has not received ved approval by the coat igfious neighbor adjacent to that fence, will have to be altered.
