The applicant Proposes to establish such a use in the <br />basement of her home in a 11 foot by-13 foot room. <br />2, Attached is a copy-a statement prepared by the applicant indicating her <br />attempt and reasons thereto, Also attached is a floor plan of the <br />structure showing the location of the proposed shop layout and location. <br />I. <br />Also attached is a statement indicating written approval on the p art of <br />a number of contiguous residential property owners. <br />3, This' residence is relatively new, having been constructed by -the-BanCon <br />people about four years ago. The home is a split level with a double <br />garage and double wide driveway that extends to the-:'street. We have <br />discussed the proposal with the applicant, who of course must. also achieve <br />and maintain a State license for the operation, There will, of course, <br />be some additional vehicular aic,-tivity, but with a single operator as <br />limited in our Ordinance) this should be minimal. Apparently, a considerable <br />number of the neighbors feel this is an appropriate proposal. <br />I <br />
