There is an exting single family -house on the southern portion of the property occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. NelsoT. 2. The Reverend Craig H. Hanson, pastor of Roseville Lutheran Church proposes to move the existing parsonage from 1946 Fernwood (off the Church property) to the new lot to be created by this lot division. The existing lots in the area are 75 feet in width and a five foot setback is required inasmuch as they were platted before the adoption of the new ordinance in 1959. In new lots divided or platted subsequently to 1959 Uncluding the lots in question) a ten foot side yard setback would be required. The applicant in this case is asking for a five foot setback on the north side so as to allow 'the movement of the existing house on the property. This will allow the donstruction of a garage in the same manner as exists with the house to be moved. Attached is a copy of a site plan indicating the proposed location of the house. 3.
