M**=9iWK_ lowing members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution, and moved its adoption; 1163=11''i ii! 111 iilliil � 111 '11 Y� �* WHEREAS by previous action of the City Council of the Ci ty 0 of Ro8eville, it entered into a Joint Powers Agreement conml-W cerning sponsorship and funding of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau for the year 1978,, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosevillt desires to extend said A reement for another year to expire 1.9 - on the 31s-t day of Dece5br, 1979; and, ;THEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Roseville to amend paragraph 7 of said Agreement by re-1roviding for future extension to be made by resolution before the 30th day of November in the year precedinq the year the extension is to take effect. low 1. The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby agrees to extend the Joint Powers Agreement by and betweeate of Minnesota, so that said Agreement will expire on the 31st day of December, 1979. 1 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Supplemental Joint Powers Agreement providing for amendment to paragraph 7 of said Joint Powers Agreement providing for future extensions to said Agreement to be adopted by resolu- tion of the Council before the 30th day of November in the year Ltreceding the year in which the extension shall become effective.
