The following information is provided to generally update' you T:n the status of the pro ect and to support the Applicat n for Renewal 2.0 The Roseville site acquisition was finalized and we closed with Dayton Hudson during the last week of Octobier, 1978, 2, Construction at Roseville is being delayed until 1979 due to an upgraded cha.nge in the -building �lan.st and in omder to have con.., 0 struction co-incide with.another site to be located near France and 494 in Bloomington,, 3* The upgraded plans for the restaurant are currently being finalized by our architect,, and Mr. Stahl will submit revisions when you require same, The changes do not-alter the dimensions of the building nor the site plan. 4.
