Recently they have purchasedL <br />the property-and propose to expand to the east., <br />2. They are, preparing a site plan conform-ing to zoning and sftback requ'iarements <br />W <br />and were issued a building permit on that basis. As a part of that plan <br />they have agreed to install curbing and landscaping around the site <br />a <br />includ-ing the grass areas along the principal frontage on Cleveland <br />Avenue. The site measures 371 feet on Cl.eveland and 578 feet on Iona Lane. <br />
