<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of December, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushamn introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8521 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED <br />STREET WITHIN THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 5, <br />TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the <br />City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br />streets over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF T. H. 394 <br />INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NO. 35W AND WEST OF THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />LINE OF CLEVELAND AVENUE, IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, <br />Kehr, ana Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
