Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION HO. 8522 RESOLUTION AJIRNIlDIG THE 1989 BUDGET FOR WAGE AHD SA.T.A.1UES, lJIIAN- TICIPATED EXPOSES, .AIm ORAII'.rICIPATED REVENUES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The 1988 budget be amended as set out below: Amendment 1 Wage, Salary, Fringe Transfers From Contingent to From Contingent to From Contingent to General Fund Recreation Fire Salaries $203,090 28,410 45,000 Amendment 2 Contingency Account--Miscellaneous Charges and Revenues ------------------------------------------------------ Miscellaneous Charges and Revenues Contingency Account increased '\ increased $111,500 $111,500 Amendment 3 To Transfer from Contingent for Unbudgeted Items as Itemized below: --------------------------------------------------- Legal Professional services $25,000 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: JOhnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rag, and the following voted against the same: N~fi~.
