EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 18th day of December 1989 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Rog, and the following were absent: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLU'.rIOR 8523 RESOLU'I'IOR CERTIFYIRG A TAX LEVY OR REAL ESTATE TO THE COUBTY AUDITOR FOR lIORIES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1990 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The County Auditor of Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, shall levy taxes against real estate and personal property for monies to be collected during the Fiscal Year 1990, for the purposes of operating the City of Roseville, State of Minnesota, as follows: Fund General Recreation Fire Relief Association Permanent Improvements Equipment Infrastructure Replacement Fund Debt Service Total Amount $3,524,164 760,925 8,896 79,000 109,208 160,000 1,664,600 $6,306,793 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cushman and upon a vote beinq taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, M~tsan, Cushman, Kehr and Rag, None. and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
