CONTRACT 1V0_ ]$2 FIRST A10NT TO GRANT AGREEMENT�BETWE E THE METROPOLITAN CODNC =- AINO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council, hereinafter referred to as the "Council," and the- Citv of Roseville hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee" have previously entered into a grant agreement for a local planning assistance granto Metropolitan Council Contract No. 7 8 27 dated March 3 F 19 7 8 hereinafter ref erred to as the "Agreement," and WIM AS , the Council. has awarded $ � � � in 1978-79 entitZ� t fzimds to the Grantee from funds appropriated by Kinneaota Lags 19 7 � Chapter 4551 Section 19, Subdivision 3. for the preparation of its compreh ansive plan required by the Metropolitan Land Planning Act NOW THEREFORE,, the parties hereto agree that the above-referenced agreement sh&U be amended in the following particulars: 1 w paragraph IA is amended to. read as follows: "The Council shall pay to the Grantee!., in accordance with that schedule set forth below a - -_ - total Lgrant amount of 14 4 41 . A new Appendix A, identified as Appendlx A" and attached hereto. and made a part V ereof is substituted for the Append= A of the original Grant Agreement. A new Appendlx 3, identified as "Amended Appendix B'* and attached hereto and made a part hereof, is substituted for the AppendiX S of the original Grant Agreement, Except as hereby amended, the provisions of the above--referenced contract- shall resin, in force and of f ect wzthout change.
