This proposal has now been received and is in accordance. with <br />the previous contracts for this work and the standard compensation methodq.- <br />used on this type of consulting agreement-, <br />.-XECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: Approval of a motion autho,rizing the Mayor <br />and City Manager to sign the engineering <br />proposal. with the fim of Short, Elliott <br />an&-Hendrickson for the upgrading of Skillman <br />Avenue identified as Project-79-2. <br />3fl <br />
