On March 9, 1979, Robert Bertram, in the company of Dawn Fisher, <br />observed a fire in an apartment buildina at 2125 North Pascal Street <br />in Roseville <br />Mr. Bertram and Ms. Fi 9 sher proceeded to the apartment bung, and, <br />0 <br />in spite of the heat and smoke present, entered the building to alert the <br />residents.
