CASE NUMBER* 1180-79
a
4 April 1979 Pa ge Two
6, We do not feel that the reduc-ed number of' parking spaces is a problem, In
the event that it is, it *
is of course, prossible to add substan-tial amunts
of parking in the area of the dormitories. Such parking areas, however,
would infringe futher upon the heavily wooded terrain, thereby having an
adverse affect on the aesthetic quality of the site.
9. We have met with the applicants architects on frequent occassions and
reviewed the plans.,at staff level. They have been very cooperative and
helpful . Their objective seems to be the same as ours, that of Providing
efficient and attra-ctive facilit' a 'm*zing the impact on the natural
les, mini 1
terrain and conti-guous properties.
