CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO.1423 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE SEVEN,SECTION 703.04, <br /> TO EXEMPT PUBUCLY OWNED <br /> AND OPERATED PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> FACILITIES FROM DRIVEWAY <br /> WIDTH MAXIMUM REGULATIONS <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title Seven, Section <br /> 703.04.B of the Roseville City Code <br /> is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> B. Standards For Driveways and <br /> Parking Lots: The following <br /> regulations shall apply to all <br /> driveways and aisles in parking lots: <br /> 1.Maximum Width: <br /> a. R-1 and R-2 Zones: For single- <br /> family and duplex principal <br /> structures within the R-1 and R-2 <br /> zones, the maximum width of any <br /> driveway at the property line shall be <br /> 26 feet.In addition to the maximum <br /> width, at each side of the driveway <br /> where the driveway intersects the <br /> street,three foot flares are permitted. <br /> The maximum driveway width for all <br /> other uses shall be 36 feet and 10 <br /> foot flares are permitted. <br /> b.All Other Zones: Except for the <br /> single-family and duplex principal <br /> structures, the maximum driveway <br /> width for all other types of properties <br /> shall be 36 feet as measured at the <br /> property line. In addition to the <br /> maximum width,at each side of the <br /> driveway for such property where the <br /> driveway intersects the street, 10 <br /> foot flares are permitted. <br /> c. Public Safety Facilities <br /> Exemption. These driveway <br /> maximum width regulations shall not <br /> $poly to publicly owned and <br /> operated public safely facilities. <br /> SECTION 2: Effective date.
