Upon petition, the City has recently
constructed sewer and water and streets in the area, opening up th'e 1ant
for development'.
Refling
has proposed 'a number of lot divisions in the area, redivnt
some of -Ahe
lots, and combinations of lots, so as to create lots more
consistently
in scale wilth others in the subdivision. Attached are copies
of each- of the
four locations involved. All four are shown on a drawing-
we have made
of the area from the section maps. The areas in quest 1 on are
shaded gray.
Existing lot lines as they were originally platted are shown
in the finer
-dashed lines. The new lot lines are shown as solid lines,
0
3v We have reviewed
each of these carefully with Mr. Reiling and feel that
the proposed
division as submitted is appropriate in each case. The
smallest lot
frontage at the building line is 80 feet. MaRy of the 1 ots
a
in the area
are 75 feet in width,
The ' engineering department indicates no problems with respect to the
divisions as proposed, Drainage easements along each of the interior loll
IV
lines, however, would be appropriate.
