i 1 6 6
CASE NUMBER*
1187-79
2. This property was included in an area of the City that was studied by th.,
staff relevant to a lot division on the property immediately to the west
This study covered the area from the east line of the Bruckner property
to Dale Street, north of Roselawn Avenue. Attached to this report is a
sketch of the Bruckner'-d'ivision showing the potential future lot divisio
arrived at at that time. I
Also indicated on the plan i's the proposed lot division. You will noticem
that this lot division coincides with a future lot pattern, allowing for
the ultimate construction of the' cul-de-sac in the north two-thirds of
the Bruckner land.
5. We have discussed this with the Jackson's and the Bruckner'-s who agreel
that a lot division at this point would be most appropriate so as to
accommodate the orderly future development of the land.
1. The Jackson's indicated their 1 0 ntent to ply hold the land as open M
space for the immediate future though they realize that at some point in
time.they (or others) may wish to di'vide the land as. proposed in the
previous study done by the City.
