The aj�piicants Piave met with the neighbors in the area to- review their <br />plans., We understand that the neighbors are in concurrence with the <br />development proposal, but request that the southeasterly most access <br />drive off County Road B be moved to the west so as to not enter the 50 foot <br />easement area on the east side of the property. The neighbors also expressed <br />concern regarding the outdoor lighting play. The applicants have indicated <br />to u8 that . they propos6 to use light standards a maximum ten feet in height <br />and that no direct source of light will be visible from the presidential <br />area to the east. The.
