The City-has a direct is responsibilities to follcwup on <br />to a specific parcel of property for unpaid utility bills. <br />3. Street patching would be required on-the roadways unless it is <br />a street just being constructed at this tirre. <br />3, The bui.Laing may stay in one a;�mership for all units pexnianently* <br />This is not an easy question to resolve but to bring the question into focus <br />the follcwing is a set of Public Works reccurendations: <br />unit bungs, it is desirable to have only <br />one line set of services.for the entire building. <br />2, On a duplex or single family unit., it is desirable to have a set <br />of services to each unit of the building. <br />3, in lwng brand.new streets, a set of services for each unit <br />of a duplex sbould be built., In existing "below standard" roaaways <br />1 <br />a set of services for each unit of a duplex should be built for new <br />duPle>ms, at the tirre of the splitting of existing duple>ms, or <br />the roadway is rebuilt to the City's standards, <br />4.
