EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th day of April, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, Wiski; and the following members were absent: None Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9407 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF ALBEMARLE COURT AND CERTAIN ASSOCIATED UTILITY EASEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH APPROVAL OF THE PLAT FOR SOUTHWIND OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 12, 1997, to determine whether or not a portion of said street and utility and drainage easements, in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street and utility and drainage easements; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of Albemarle Court described in Exhibit A. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates the utility and drainage easements as dedicated across, over, and under portions of Lots 3-6 and Lots 8-15, as shown on the recorded Zeece Addition plat, and the easements for utility purposes over a part of Zeece Addition as contained in Document Nos. 2557630 and 2557633. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wiski and Wall; and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
