Informal Gathering 6:00 p.m. <br />Residents, Councilmembers and City staff mingled individually <br />and in small groups during the initiation of tonight's Town Hall <br />meeting. Informational displays and brochures were available. <br /> <br />II. Formal Meeting 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Call Roll and Introduce Councilmembers and City Staff <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the formal portion of <br />Roseville City Council regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />welcomed everyone and led introductions of <br />Councilmembers and staff. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />the Introductions <br />He <br />City <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br /> <br />2. Hear from Residents (Receive Public Comment about City Public Comment <br />Issues) <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. Mr. Jan Vanderwall, Roseville School District <br />Mr. Vanderwall spoke to student and pedestrian safety and <br />encouraged the City Council to provide more pathways, <br />access to parks, and resources to allow people to get more <br />exercise.
