HEAD APPROVAL. <br />In order to construct a sanitary sewer on'the south side of Josephine Road <br />near Lexington and a storm drain to serve the King's Court and Knights of <br />Cialumbus, it was necessary to obtain easements. These-easements have now <br />been acquired and are ready for action by the council, <br />The 5an.itary sewer on Josephine Road goes across the parcel of land owned <br />by the Ecks and has been negotiated for $187,50, The other three easements 44 <br />are for.the storm sewer - near Fry and Oakcrest. They are from the Kings Court, <br />Knights of Columbus and Polar Food Locker mvnershlp, Each of these easements <br />was for the nominal amount <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: (1) Approval of a motion authorizing the mayor and <br />manager to sign an earnest money contract to acquire <br />Easement No. I of Im,provement 77-26 for the amount <br />of $187,50V <br />(2) 'Approval of a motion authorizing the mayor and <br />manager to sign an earnest money contract for acuir-- <br />ing Easements Nos. 1. 2 and 3 in Project. 77. in <br />the amoun't of $1.00 each. <br />1i <br />
