The location <br />of the house can be seen on the attached reduction of the proposed preliminar <br />pl <br />The Perry's propose at this time to subdivide the southerly 190 feet into <br />three 1 ots . The westerly most I ots woul d have f rontage of 100 f eet, on ' <br />County Road B and the corni�r lot would have 124 feet, of frontage on County <br />Road B. <br />4. We believe the land division as proposed is the best arrangement for the <br />property in question.
